Born and raised in Lancaster County, Barry got his start painting with his father, Paul R. Hoover, at the age of 14 . In 1989 , Barry decided to start his own company. Since then, he has not only honed and perfected his painting and wallpapering skills, but built one of the most qualified and service oriented team of house painters.
